We have managed several playground installation projects that include a drainage system underneath the foundations of the area to alleviate pooling of water.
This demolition project is for the re-location of a basketball court. Many factors go into a project like this such as surveys, engineering reports and permitting. The magnitude of such a project can be daunting but not at TPMG.
A 20 year old community pool is undergoing a major repair project. We supervised the replacement of all the gutter walls, diamond brightening the pool, new tiles & new pavers. The project was planned out months in advance and done during the coldest time of year.
No, this is not a new pool but it looks like one. This is the same pool 2 ½ months after repairs began from the previous picture. We at TPMG are very proud of this project because it added so much value to the community and made all the kids happy.
Community Bathroom Upgrade
After twenty years, many community bathrooms need an upgrade. This bathroom located at the pool has been redesigned with tile walls instead of painted walls.
TPMG has managed many community bathroom upgrades from multiple vendors. These projects have led to the redesign of guardhouse interiors as well which provides a great impression for your community.
Major Interior Painting Project
This contractor is repainting all the school doors and a 1500 sq foot ballroom/multi-purpose room for this institution. We are very proud to have access to high quality vendors such as this one who has the flexibility to paint houses, monuments and commercial buildings.
LED Street Lighting
TPMG has supervised the retro fitting of most of it’s communities street lights to LED. This project saves on electricity but also saves money on re-occuring yearly repairs.
First Impressions are everything. TPMG supervised the new signage at this community as evidenced in the before and after photo. Please do not forget that it is also just as important to have the proper lighting at night to show off your new sign.
In some neighborhoods speeding vehicles are always an issue. In order to help protect the residents and the Association, it may be necessary to have a traffic study done. This will help determine if there are any addditional things you could be doing to help protect your community.
